The house rules are..." word_count: 334 --- # House Rules ## Guest Information and House Rules - **General rules**By booking, guests accept the rules of the house rules.- In the guesthouse area, all guests are required to respect the tranquility of the area and the features of the location.- In the event of non-compliance with the house rules, the accommodation provider has the right to ask the guest to comply with the rules or, if necessary, to oblige them to leave.- **Check-in and check-out**Check-in: On the day of arrival possible from 14:00.- Check-out: No later than 10:00 on the day of departure.- Other times must be agreed with the accommodation provider in advance.- **Use of the guesthouse**The furnishings and equipment of the guesthouse may only be used for their intended purpose.- Smoking is prohibited in the building! There is a designated smoking area in the garden.- For fire safety reasons, candles, incense and other open flames are prohibited in the house.- Guests are required to place trash in the appropriate containers.- **Quiet regulation** Guests are required to maintain silence between 22:00 and 08:00.- Listening to loud music and carrying out noisy activities are not permitted during this period.- **Damage and liability** Guests are required to ensure the integrity of the guesthouse and its equipment.- The guest is required to compensate the host for any damage caused.- We **are not** responsible for the guests' personal belongings and valuables.- **Pets** Pets are **not allowed to be brought in.**- **Parking** Free parking is provided in front of the guesthouse and in its driveway.- We **are not** responsible for vehicles left in the parking lot.- **Cleanliness information** Guests are required to keep the guesthouse clean, not intentionally damaging it. - Bed linen and towels are changed upon request after prior notification. In case of longer stays (more than a week), it will be done automatically at a pre-arranged time. - **Sauna and massage chair **For health and safety reasons, the use of the sauna and massage chair is only permitted after reading and following the information posted there. - **Booking rules**A deposit of HUF 30,000 is required to finalize the reservation. The information required for the transfer will be sent to the person initiating the reservation by email during the reservation.
