Guest Information and House Rules

  1. General Rules
    • By making a reservation, guests accept the rules of the house rules.
    • All guests are obliged to respect the peace of the neighborhood and the characteristics of the location within the guesthouse's premises.
    • In case of non-compliance with the house rules, the accommodation provider is entitled to call upon the guest to observe the rules or, if necessary, to require them to leave.
  2. Sign in and sign out
    • Check-in: Possible from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival.
    • Check-out: No later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
    • Any other times must be agreed in advance with the accommodation provider.
  3. Use of the guesthouse
    • The guesthouse's furnishings and equipment may only be used for their intended purpose.
    • Smoking is prohibited in the building! There is a designated smoking area in the garden.
    • For fire safety reasons, candles, incense and other open flames are prohibited in the house.
    • Guests are required to place trash in the appropriate containers.
  4. Silence decree
    • Guests are required to maintain silence between 22:00 and 08:00.
    • Listening to loud music and engaging in noisy activities is not permitted during this period.
  5. Damage and liability
    • Guests are obliged to ensure the integrity of the guesthouse and its equipment.
    • The guest is obliged to compensate the accommodation provider for any damage caused.
    • Responsibility for guests' personal belongings and valuables we do not undertake.
  6. Pets
    • For the import of pets no way.
  7. Parking
    • Free parking is available in front of the guesthouse.
    • Responsibility for vehicles left in the parking lot we do not undertake.
  8. Cleanliness information

    • Guests are obliged to maintain the cleanliness of the guesthouse and not intentionally damage it.

    • Bed linen and towels can be changed upon request and with prior notice.

      • In case of longer stays (more than a week), this will happen automatically at a pre-arranged time.

  9. Sauna
    • For health and safety reasons, use of the sauna is only permitted after reading and following the information posted there.
  10. Booking rules
    • To finalize the reservation, a deposit of HUF 30,000 is required. The information required for the transfer will be sent to the person initiating the reservation by email during the reservation process. If the accommodation is canceled in writing, the following rules apply:
    • 14 days prior to the date of accommodation reservation

  11. Other rules
    • Guests must refrain from any activity that could endanger their own safety or that of others.
    • Holding events or gatherings in the guesthouse is only possible by prior arrangement.
